Hey everyone, Let's NETWORK!!!!
Since we're all on here, like all day long, and we know so much much about so many different industries, etc....i figured...let's all network, we've never know when us Ladies could use the upper hand with getting ahead.

So, I'll start...everyone join in :)

I do Major Account Sales for Windows in Commercial projects primarily in NYC, Brooklyn, Long Island.

What does everyone else do??

i`m a vendor in waldbaums....i pack out all the stuff you don`t think about buying in the grocery store. (mops pots and pans seasonal merc.) i`d go to walmart for that stuff!! way cheaper. BUT i have an interview today to get my butt out of retail working in a lumber supply office!! wish me luck!!!

oooh i know what you are talking about - at my store that stuff went in the front. . . and in aisle 13 LOL im a nerd i worked in waldbaums for 6 years!

haha that is too funny!!! i`m glad someone knew what i was talking about. people usually get all confused and ask a lot of questions!

As I stated before, I am an assistant principal but I forgot to say that FH owns his own DJ business.........I am pretty sure his company is djing some of the brides and grooms on this site....you will not be disappointed!

2)I do medical billing for a family practice office
3)I do additional medical billing at home for a few other medical offices
4)I sing at church (weddings, funerals, etc)

I'm slightly type A!

I'm a bit type A too:

I have a general law practice which means I do wills, real estate closing, handle business transactions, landlord tenant work, family court stuff, traffic and dmv issues.. you get the idea. I also have have a tutoring business (have Masters in Elementary Education).

FH owns a car dealership.

And we are about to open a small caterering business.

FH is the Manager of the Art Studio in a major ad agency in NYC. They do the Aflac commercials, continental airlines ads, herbal essences, revlon, zoloft, etc.

if i were you i'd be harassing FH for a job in the legal dept where he works...sounds like a fun job!

Haha - they are owned by a larger parent company (Publicis) and any legal dep't they have would be with that company. Not only does he not have any direct contacts, but if they knew we were getting married, they wouldn't hire me!! His brother got an internship with one of the other companies and it took them two summers to realize it, but once they did they terminated him (the younger brother) the same day!

that is horrible!!!!!!!

I work as an Event Planner for a national non-profit.

I also own my own Event Planning company called All in the Detaisl; full-service event coordination, DOC, and more. Party planning is my life FH works in propane, but also owns a Property Management company
