NWR: LIE closed at exit 63 eastbound

I cant tell if its a huge accident or what but I have never seen so many emergency vehicles in one spot. Just thought Id save some of you the headache of getting stuck in it. Luckily I was going the other way. I hope everyones alright.

No I believe it maybe for the wake of the NYPD who was killed in Iraq Its today and tomorrow and then the funeral is Friday...

I think that you are right....there was alot of emergancy vechiles are though out centereach....he grew up only a few blocks from my mother....and I was there to pick up my son earlier today....I feel so horrible about JUmmy...he was the 1st solider killed in Iraq that I actually knew. I used to play so many sports with him and the other kids in the neighborhood....it feels so strange....God Bless Jimmy and his family

The LIE was actually blocked off on MOnday because they were bringing his body home...Please keep his family in your prayers girls

yes my FH is and NYC cop....his partner is actually over there now....so when he heard the news that one of their own was killed....he imediatly called his partner's wife to make sure that it wasn't him
