UGH is the LIRR ever on time?! Every single day there is a problem with my trains. They've been doing this for 150+ years - you'd think they'd have it down by now!!!!

oh my gosh. i literally walked up and down the platform at penn station and there was NOT A BIT OF SPACE for me. no standing room, nada. insanity.

I loved the LIRR when I lived in queens and took the port washington line but after we moved to l.I I despised it!! even a little rain would delay everything. doesn't help that the monthly passes cost a fortune!

UGH. I only work in the city two days a week and every single time there is a problem. My train in the morning from Greenlawn is routinely 6 minutes late upon arrival and 9 minutes late into Penn. My train home is either delayed 20 minutes, or canceled. Really ridiculous that they charge $12.50 each way for this terrible service. And most of the time I don't even get a seat! GRR.
