NWR: looking for cottage for rent, eastern suffolk

hello! one of my bms is looking for an apartment to rent within 20 mins or so of riverhead.

A cottage with yard would be preferred. She has 2 smallish dogs.

Anyone know anyone or have any ideas where to look besides craigs list/ newsday?

Thanks!
