Okay so Lost is my all time favorite show in the whole world. But, even I know that it can be hard to get into if you haven't watched since the beginning. Well, TONIGHT IS YOUR CHANCE to catch up!!
Tonight at 9pm on channel 7 they are having a whole recap episode that tells the story of the first two seasons! If you ever wondered what it was all about - here's your chance for a nice little summary!

I enjoyed the re-cap show for once - loved Henry Gale narrating! I love this show! I can't wait until next week.

i'm so glad they had this ...everyone kept telling me to watch the show but i felt that after two season od not watching i would be lost (hahaha no pun intended)
it looks like areally awesome show !

Thanks, that's cool to know. I'm the type who doesn't catch a new show from the very first episode, I won't watch, because I feel like I've missed a lot!
I tried to watch the first few episodes of Lost last season, and it was really good, but I was definitely a little *lost* so I stopped watching!!

I LOVE LOST... I am totally addicted to this show....and yes, if you dont' watch it from the beginning, you won't 'get' the show at all, or why it is so good. I can't wait for the premiere!!!
