AND carving pumpkins!! Anyone else carve any cool ones yet? My DH is really into gardening and grew his own pumpkin patch this year. So he brings me home 2 pumpkins and they are HUGE.
Seriously....my DH is the only person who would bring a pumpkin this big home to CARVE. It was over 5 inches thick too! I had a hard time getting it done, but I did. Took about 3 hours and 2 broken carvers...haha. I took a pic of my son with it so you could see just how big it really is...
and the 2nd one - now u should know that this is one pumpkin carved inside another pumpkin....DH has WAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY more patience to do this than I do...
And just to show you how big the 1st pumpkin was for the pumpkin w/in a pumpkin pic - Here's DH's entire head inside the pumpkin...lol...My own personal Icabod Crane! (He'd kill me if he knew I posted this...lol)
OMG...HAHA. Those are some great pics!!!! That pumpkin inside the pumpkin is GREAT! I'll have to try that sometime now...I like a challenge Thanks for sharing Laurie
