My Dh has it. There are several different stages. Dh has stage 1. The higher the stage the more severe it gets. the disease will never go away it something she will always have, Dh got lyme about 8 yrs ago, and they gave him antoboticsto take for like 10 days and he felt fine, as of now the disease has been dormat in system and can flair up at any time. So you have to always keep an eye out in case it flairs up again, but if it does them you have to go back to get more antibotics. Dh lives everyday just like everybody else, i usually forget he has it

i don't know too much about it either, but i know my Pastor had it many years ago. She's absolutely healthy tho now. The only problem that still exists (from what I know) is that it sorda paralyzed the left side of her face. Not severely though! I don't even know if 'paralyze' is the right word for it. One eye just squints a little more than the other and when she smiles and talks, only half of her mouth responds. But it's nothing you notice unless your looking close and examining her. I'm not sure what stage she had or how severe. I was basically a kid when it happened. I just know that she's basically okay now.
