Has anyone tried this or any other type of cleanse? I've been eating horrible lately and drinking way too much coffee and alcohol ,I'd really like to do something like this.
I'll definitely try this ... I like lemonade, I like maple syrup, I like spicy ... how card could it be?

i did it ... but then again I've tried almost everything! lol ... It works, I did it for 10 days and lost about 12 pounds. It's a mind game though, if you can only make it past the first three days, you'll be good!!

its REALLY hard! the mix isnt bad, but the saline flush SUUUUUUCKSS and when thats all you can eat/ drink you will NOT be happy
all you have to do is get through the first 3 days and you are good (thats when your body is ridding itself of those toxins)
