It's totally a guess! I hope he isn't that old either. I know my dog's eyes used to show up red and for the last few years they are gray in pictures. Has Freeway been scanned for a microchip yet? This dog just looks so beautiful and well kept. I can't believe someone isn't missing him. At the same time I hope no one claims him and you get to keep him!!! Keep us posted. Good LUck.

I do not know if he has a microchip. I am sure when we bring him today to animal control they will scan him. we called the county animal control right away so if his owners came or called looking for him, there was a report on file that we have him. No one has called us yet. I hope his family comes looking for him but at the same time, I want to keep him too !!! He is such a good boy. I am hoping that his owners just didn't give him up, maybe because he's old or sick

He seems healthy, likes to play and is eating great. I think he may have an eye infection and it looks like at least 2 of his teeth will need to be pulled because they are rotten.

If we get to keep him, we will take him to the vet and get him all checked out. Thanks for your help
