you need to select the text you want, and put a border/grid around it, right click, go to format cell, and select borders.

when you go to page setup, there is an check box for 'print gridlines'
eta: they are usually lighter than the ones from making borders for the cells.
there is also an option to repeat cells at the top of the page, i find that one helpful.
