i fell down in the driveway on sat night and scraped my shin pretty badly. i know legs are notorious for healing badly, so i'm wondering if you girls have any tried and true tips for treating a cut to keep the scarring to a minimum. thanks

Maderma! And also as a patient of frequent biopsies- I am a pro with treating cuts and scars- one thing that works well for me is treating the cut with neosporin 2 times a day after cleansing it with peroxide. Then after a month or so, apply Maderma.
