NWR Mom vent!
Ugh i love my mom SO much; but she can really be annoying! My sister had her 2nd baby (this time a boy). And since she had a girl the 1st time we thought it would be nice to throw her a small sprinkle with just close friends & family. I asked several times for my Mom to host it; of course she didn't want to. So i'm hosting it at my house.
only thing is that my mom is NO help-it's like i'm doing everything on my own. and any help she does provide is usually just a suggestion of something that I should do. You should do this; you should get that. I just started saying well if that's what you want; then you can take care of it. She doesn't drive-so basically any running around for things will fall on me; and although i'm sure she'd give me some $$ towards things; it's very frustrating to know she isn't of much help! she suggested adding chips & pretzels-i told her ok you pick that up. I can't cook all the food; set up, clean my house before guests arrive AND take care of everything else!
