NWR mortgage loaners

NWR mortgage loaners

FH and I have already been pre-approved for buying a home. However, we want to see what other loaners will give us good rates and possibly more money. I was trying to find loaners that don't charge any fees. This is what I found so far:
Bethpage FCU charges $95
Teachers FCU charges $60
Wells Fargo - doesn't charge

Who else is there? Anyone have any ideas or know of no-application fee mortgage loaners? TIA

My job, Nassau educators credit union, charges $50 for the pre approval.

I've been working in the mortgage industry for 12 years and i honestly have never heard of no application fee at all. If they dont charge you upfront they figure it into the closing costs. there are 3rd party fees that the mortgage company has to pay like to run your credit.
