ok so last night apparently someone died 2 houses down from me. We were out until 1am. We came back to 5 cop cars, the crime scene van, a detective in a trench coat..and DOGS!
they searched everyone's yards, including ours briefly. They left around 3:30am.
They're not releasing anything at all. I cant find it online and the precinct wont tell me. I got the info from my coworker's hubby who is a cop.
All he would say was that it was a death investigation and it was the father who died.
Now they're setting up a tent in their yard. The crime scene van is back and there are a million cops there.
How scary and sad is that?

that's horrible.
i just deal with a similar situation not too long ago... wasn't the best experience and i'm still very bothered about it.

I didn't know them well, but I used to see them all the time taking walks w their little daughter when it was nice out. they always said hi and were always warm and friendly. They also always trick or treated at my house.
So sad.

sound beach and nothing is on the news. its weird. the police wont even tell the neighbors what happened.
they said the father died. If its the husband, he cant be older than early 40s.
