NWR: my cat wont stop sneezing! MIMA?

Lila is the one that had the bad respiratory infection when she was a baby, and her eye was a little runny the other day .... but now sammy started sneezing last night and must have sneezed 50 times since then. he'll sneeze 5-6x in a row and then start again

is there anything i can do for him? maybe it's dust or allergies? his nose isnt blocked and his eyes arent runny... i feel bad for the little guy

Wow, that's really weird...my cat does the same thing!! I'm going to take him to the vet next week.

FH's cat who lives with us, just had surgery & when we brought her in for pre-op i asked about sneezing like that. the vet said that since they are so close to the ground & always jumping on things (making dust) thats why they sneeze a lot of times in a row. i was a little offended that she was implying my apartment is dusty & dirty but when i got home, i crawled on the floor (literally) & noticed some dust bunnies that i didn't notice while standing up.

Sometimes I bring the kitties into the bathroom with me when I shower when they seem like they're having an allergy situation, but it can never hurt to see a vet if you're concerned!

My cat does that every once in a while. Most likely it's allergies and/or dust but like other girls said, it can't hurt to take her to the vet (it just hurts your pocketbook lol). The funny thing is that she does it less since I moved in with DH!!

My cat had this and it turned out she had ahsma pretty bad too b/c it kept getting worse and affecting her breathing so I had to take her in every month for a steroid shot and she'd be fine for a while but then it would reoccur a month later again...
