my ipod nano says the have it locked, but i don't. has this happened to anyone? i can't figure out how to fix it. help!

If it's frozen hit the 'menu' button and the middle button until the apple icon appears. this happened to me yesterday and I was freaking out because that thing is my lifeline during my commute

if the switch isnt the prob.. just call them.. they can trouble shoot and tell you haow to reset it. my ipod wouldnt turn off and they walked me through it
