Do these things have a built in warranty? I have only had it for 3 months and it just won't turn on...
Anyone have that happen?

Mine froze a while back and I was able to fix it by going to the 'troubleshooting' section of the Apple website.
Whatever you do, DON'T send it back to Apple. I heard from someone that there was an issue of the iPods breaking, people sending them in to be fixed, and getting a different, older iPod back! Try going to the Apple store in Roosevelt Field if you can't fix it yourself. Good luck!!
