Jenn--I'm so sorry that you're going through all of this!

As for your medical problem, I would suggest consulting a medical malpractice attorney very soon. Due to the medical lobby, the statute of limitations is substantially shorter for med mal than it is for other injuries. It's possible that the hospital who employed the doctor could be liable for negligent retention or employment depending on what this guy's record looks like. Good luck!!

Thanks so much for all your support girls, my best friend is away on a much needed and hard earned vacation and I don't want to ruin it for her, so I came to you all to vent.

The last 24 hours have been very stressful and FH & I are a bit at odds over things, and I don't know what to do about anything anymore..
