is so upset my niece just got a speeding ticket for $168.00 on her way to college, and she got one last wk. as well. i told her to ground her from her car and talk to her about the consequences of wrecking and hurting or even killing herself or and innocent motorist.

Eek, I got a speeding ticket once and learned my lesson. I hope she is atleast making her daughter pay for them!
My mom would probably only allow me to use the car for work / school.

Hopefully your sister is making your neice pay for her tickets and the cost of her insurance going up!
