NWR: my stomach is in knots right now

FH had to go to Jury Duty today. So he was running a little late due to traffic and he couldnt find parking. So my 'brilliant' FH decided to park in a No Parking zone thinking he will only get a ticket. I just informed him not only will he get a ticket he may get towed since he will be there all day. (and its right by the courts) Now I am so nervous that he will get towed. That is more money that we dont have right now. Just needed to vent a little.

Oh no! When I did jury duty we would break for lunch at 11:30 I think...hopefully he'll get a break soon and can go check on it!!!

omg the way these men think!
We went to fridays and he didnt want to park in the special spots for fridays members-so he finds a spot-it ends up being handicap and he thought that was better than the fridays spot. ughh i had to make him move.
Hopefully he doesnt get a ticket or towed!!!

Tell him explain the situation to the nearest Court Officer, they should let him run out, it's not a big deal. Especially if he's in Nassau or Suffolk.

well im sure they wouldnt come until later to tow if they did at all... i would guess that he would get a ticket... unless its like a municipal lot or something... or a fire zone... i dont think no parking is a tow zone

Seriously! I'd rather be an hour late to jury duty than get a ticket OR towed! LOL! I hope he's able to move it before he gets a ticket or worse!

Is he in Kew Gardens? There is NO parking over there, EVER. I hope he doesn't get towed... fingers crossed!

ughhh!! i could totallly go get his car from him and park it somewhere. i dont work too far. but they let u out for lunch around 12!!

Ok .... he just called me. He got a $150 ticket but the car is still there. He is going to try to move it now. Do you know that Dingy was going to leave it there untill I went crazy on him to move it????

Phew! The $150 ticket stinks, but thank god it wasn't towed...that would've cost more and would've been such a headache!
I can't believe he wanted to leave the car there!

Scuks about the ticket.........but it could always be worse right? At least the car was still there.
