NWR: Need a new flat iron

So I'm between a new chi or the solia ceramic tourmaline which according to reviews is better than the chi.

Anyone have any experience with these or any others that they love?

I have a chi now and it has worked well, especially to curl my hair which is what I don't know if the solia does as well.

The chi, the original one is the one I have, is the best iron I've ever owned. I no longer have to go for blowouts bc of it.

I know the CHI works great. I just don't know if I should try this other one cause apparently its better for your hair becasue of the tourmaline stuff..

I have the Solia ceramic tourmaline one and I have really thick, wavy, coarse hair and it works awesome. People can never believe that my hair isn't naturally straight.

have you ever tried curling with it...or have you ever used a chi?
