I've heard the Chi works really well and they are sold at Ulta.

I have a chi one and one they sell at the mall that comes in pink but I have to say my FAV one is the cheapy one from target .....its a wet to straight and it works great! I think it was like $30 or $40.

I use hot tools, when I do straighten my hair, which is super long and fairly thick and coarse. I had the regular gold plate one but it broke, so I got the ceramic one, and I have to say of the two I like the gold plate better.

I had Chi and it broke.

Not worth it.

The best straightener I have is my Remington wet to straight one. FANTASTIC! I think it's like 35 bucks tops!

i have really thick annoying hair and i use the Wet 2 Straight straightener that i got at Target. I love it. I have used all types of straightener in def. price ranges, but this one is my favorite and it's like $30.

I used a wet 2 straight til I realized it was frying the heck out of my hair but I still have it and it's great for large sections of hair so long as you use it dry. I bought a chi about 6 years ago and I LOVE it.

I have CRAZY curly hair and I love my CHI. I've had it for at least 4 years now and have never had a problem with it. Prior to getting it I used one cheap straightener after another and was never really happy with the results. The CHI is a little pricer but in my opinion worth the investment!

I have a soliel I think it's called!! It'S amazing!!! My friends with super curly hair use the same one too!!!! I LOVE IT!! It was like $80. But it LASTS!!! It's ceramic and it's one of those thinner ones so you can curl your end iwith it too. It's long and thin.
