NWR: need advice on gift for baby/family

FHs cousin had a baby born with a lot of medical needs. They live very far away. We gave them a baby gift when we saw them over the summer, before the baby was born. Now the baby is 3 months old and still in the hospital. He has had 2 operations and is still on a feeding tube.
FH is not very close with his family and I have only met them 2 times but I know they must be going through a lot and I want to send them something.
Any suggestions?

this is just a suggestion but i would think they need a night out. Maybe a gift card to a restaurant like Fridays or Chilis with a thinking of you card. The parents must be soooo stressed out.
