nwr: need an auto parts store...

that INSTALLS the lights when you buy them in the hicksville/plainview/syosset area.


auto barn will sell them, but they are not authorized to install them. i have a headlight out and DH got pulled over for it the other day so I need to get it taken care of!



[neither of us could possibly figure out how to install the darn thing...so i need a place that will do it]

What about going to the dealership for your car's maker? They have the parts and can install the headlights. Also, any mechanic should be able to get the part and install it.

I know a great mechanic out east near Port Jeff, but no longer know of a good one in Nassau.

oh thank you! i'll drive over there later..it's about 3 minutes from my house! i never think of them...i am so used to advance auto parts, but they aren't on the island.
