NWR: Need help planning a vacation

Hello girls I thought I would throw something out there. I dont fly and we are taking a family vacation to Florida in September. Has anyone come up with any other ways of traveling that you could share. I was thinking maybe a cruise ship could take us and we could just get off. Anyway any help would be appreciated. Also any vendors you may have for this would help as well. Im desperate, thats how much i HATE to fly. Thank you

do the cruise ship out of ny...it goes down the coast and to bahamas

I took AmTrak when I was younger. Definitely better than driving.

Take a train. I agree with above. You could always take a bus or drive...but you could make a train adventure of it. A cruise will not drop you off to spend time with your family.
