We are having our first New Year's Eve Party in our new house...it will be our first get together (with friends & family)......we will have between 25-30 people...
I need your help girls with food.....please suggest any good party favorites....
we will do buffet style so I will need lots of finger foods..(and easy to make)...costco here I come....
went to a party recently and they had asian styled hot apps from cotsco (frozen)...they were shrimp wontons.,...two other types...they were very yummy..and were a big hit...
At my last get together I ordered from a local sushi take-out..a platter of cooked rolls..california, boston and spider rolls...they were a huge hit!!!

I was just going to post this!! FH & I are hosting our first New years Eve party in our house too!
I will be doing the following mexican dip chicken fingers spinach dip pigs in a blanket onion dip salsa mozz sticks quesadillas veggies & dip
Plus we are getting a 6 foot hero with salads & what not!
One of our friends is also lending us their chocolate fountain for desserts!!!

Beef tenderloin is always a hit and it's so easy to make.
Spinach balls are my fave at any party. They're easy also.

I tend to over do it, but here's my two cents
Cheese and crudite platter Guacamole & chips mini potato pancakes stuffed mushrooms mini swedish meatballs pigs in blanket(personal fav) shrimp cocktail mozz and tomato salad with roasted red peps, artichokes, olives parmagiana crostinis
big pitcher of sangria/cosmos/lemon drops beer in bottles red and white wine soda/water lemons/limes/marachino cherries
I'm sure there's more that I can't think of..

These ideas are great! Mini quiche, too- not sure if that's on here.
I just wanted to tell you, the BEST SALSA- Goya, it's in the International Food aisle. So good, it's Pico de Gallo.

all of these are awesome! Don't forget that you can also order a Grandma pie and have the slices cut into bite size pieces.
