nwr: Need Queens or LI buffet restaurant recommendations

I know I shouldn't even be thinking of the word 'buffet' since I'm trying to lose weight but my birthday's coming up and me & my friends usually go eat at a nice restaurant. I'm picking a buffet-type not for me, but for them so they could enjoy. Can anyone recommend a good buffet restaurant? Preferrably one with a nice seafood selection?

I only know of Minado at Carle Place and East buffet in Elmhurst/Flushing.

Minado is AMAZING!!!! thats what i was going to reccommend

I was going to suggest Minado too. I went to Riverbay for a Sunday brunch and it was a nice buffet...not sure what their dinner menu is like though...

Harvest Buffet on Norther Blvd in Great Neck (right past the border) is by far the best Chinese buffet I have ever been to EVER! lots of seafood and sushi. raw bar, always have duck and crab legs.
