NWR-need suggestions

FH and i are having some friends over for a small NYE party. I thought it would be a cute idea to raffle off a gift basket for someone to win after midnight...any ideas on how to fill a basket with fun stuff without breaking the bank...
i was thinking..gift certs to blockbuster or a movie...board game....

if you're going to put blockbuster giftcards put some popcorn and maybe some of the gourmet toppings you can sprinkle on.
