NWR need your advice-for a friend

asyou ladies know i've been trying to help a friend sell her wedding dress. the engagement between her and the guy she was with was broken off.

well, they continued living togetherr because they felt they just weren't ready but still loved eachother.

fast forward to now: guy is a big jerk!!! <~~ thats the friend in me talking. anyway, he left his job because he hated thepeople there and hasnt made an attempt to find a new job. He stuck her with the rent, convinced her to open a contract with At & T for a new iphone for him (his cedit is screwed btw), is using he social security number to get paid on weekends at a catering hall (long story) sohe can still collect unemployment, and isnt helping her with any money. He acts like a tenant, like a complete strangr, takes 'walks' that last two hours and has been totally withdrawn. She has been nothing but nice and anytime she tries to convey her frustrations, he turns things on her saying she isnt patient yadda yadda.

so they had a huge fall out a few weeks ago but they still live under the same roof. she took her off her facebook because he was posting lies about 'how tired he was from working' which is a fabication since he doesnt work on the weekdays. anyway so she deleted him and since he started being withdrawn, i felt like something was up so he was still on MY facebook (cuz hes a moron) and on Tuesday he wrote as a status 'GEtting ready to move into my new bachelorpad, breaking up is harrd todo but moving out and on is fantastic' I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES!!! He has been playing her all this time, living free, with a new phone and he was already planning on leavin?!?!?!?! WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

so anyway, i had to tell her because she s ben miserable and today he text her 'we have to talk' of course you have to talk A$$ H$)E because its the first of the month and youre ready to move oout. what a jerk!!!!!

so my questionis..what should she say during this talk? she is so numb now and has no idea. Even fh wants to punch his head in! I hate people that take advantage of others...UGHHHHH

Is he on the lease? She should go into this prepared, and maybe have a contract with her for him to sign. That he will leave her phone plan, etc....so if he further screws her, she can at least take him to court. That she has an agreement.

It is an awful situation but she needs to go into this conversation emotionless and more like a business transaction. She needs to get this in writing

She needs to screw him in every possible way. Take him off her car insurance her phone. Tell him to go eff himself. Take his clothes and all his **** and toss it outside in the street. I wouldn't even have a talk I wouldn't even let him in the home. He is a complete peice of ****!! He obvioulsy doesn;t care about her so talking to him isn't going to accomplish anything.

Yeah she needs to protect herself....if she dumps his stuff or kicks him off her plan, he might sue HER for breaching a contract

oh man that is rough - what a bad sitaution for all of you to be in.
im sorry for your friend
i would just be honest with her and tell her what you saw. unfortunately there is no nice way to say it. but as you said, she was getting taken advantage of (i wouldnt actually say that to her though...just mention the move out part) and then be there for her to vent and talk to...thats all you can do
good luck
