NWR: neighbors--grrrrr---long sorry!
ohhhmyyygodddd..i just have to vent about this.
FH and I are renting a house right now. and our neighbors are trash. plain and simple. FH and I are 23 and 24. They are married (she was married once before) and he is 28 and she is 33.
When we first moved in, about november maybe...they were nice to us. THey'd say hi and talk to us. then out of no where, it stopped. If FH or I said hi...theyd ignore us. so, we didnt know what was going on until the cop came to our house saying the neighbors are complaining about our dogs barking. really?!?!?! whatever...dogs bark it's what they do. and they have a dog that everytime we go outside, if it's out, it barks.
sooo, one morning at like 7am, our dog was IN OUR HOUSE, saw a rabbit ouside, and barked. well, the neighbors started screaming from their window. we ignored them. then later that day when FH and I were pulling into our driveway, they come running out of their house cursing and yelling at us. of couse, i couldn't keep my big mouth shut, and said some things back. so, we called our landlord (he's a state cop) and told him what was going on. He called them on the phone (didn't identify himself as a state cop) and basically told them they needed to knock it off.
well, a few days later, we took our dogs for a walk. our one dog decided to pee in another persons yard, yes, just PEE. well, here comes the neighbors again, yelling and telling us to clean up our dogs sh!t.. calling us slobs and everything else. Really because they didnt even sh!t. so again, we are our landlord, the state cop...he shows up at their house in uniform. told them he was the landlord and a state trooper, and he filed a report and said if it happens again they are getting fined with harrassment.
after that, they let us alone for a while. until this morning. FH, his brother, and friend were getting ready to go on a poker run (i dont believe they have these in NY, but here in PA, it's just a sh!t ton of people with ATVs and dirt bikes get together and go on a super long ride through the woods.) Well, FH backed his four-wheeler out of the driveway and 10seconds later here come the neighbors b!tching about the noise (which literally lasted 15seconds). Then the wife was taking pictures of them on the road!!! what the heII?!?!?!? and they were saying how all they want us to do is move and blah blah blah.
I just got off the phone with my landlord again. He is going to take care of them monday morning.
