Am I the only one who always gets nervous going to the gyno. I go every 6 months and I still feel this way every time. I have an appt. tonight with a new one, and it's a man.....ugh, I always swore I would never go to a man.

I also have to go every 6 months. I used to be a bundle of nerves, but then I realized that being nervous only makes the process last longer. Even if it makes the whole thing last only one minute longer, that's one minute too long in my book! LOL
I always wear fun socks (I don't know why ) and count the ceiling tiles.
It's the longest 5-10 minutes of my life. I know.

I think you read my mind. I just scheduled an appointment with a new one, and its not for another 2 weeks, and I am ALREADY dreading it.
