NWR New 'friends'??

NWR New 'friends'??

So I have a fairly large circle of friends thankfully. There is this girl that I met through my other friends. I have hung out with her only through my other friends...like at their parties, their get togethers, etc. We have emailed each other on facebook a bunch, she is really sweet etc. I actually asked her to hang out last year for my bday- a bunch of us had went to the race track and were going out to dinner for my bday after...she was there so I extended the invite to her and her hubby. My FH also gets along with her hubby as well. I just feel like they would be a nice couple to be friends with (esp since she knows my other friends). My questions is- how do I make the next step to ask her to do something...should I just invite her and her hubby for like a double date...should I invite her out with me and my other friends? I would like to get to know her but I havent really met a new 'friend' in a while and am not quite sure how to do it LOL. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I think you should def do a double dinner date. Since it seems you all get along plus chatting over dinner would be a good way to get to know each other.

You should know that you don't have to beat around the bush with me. Of course we'll go out to dinner with you guys. LOL

Noooooooo she's not talking about me. HE HE HE

If I were in your shoes, I would do the double dinner date thing.

i agree with everyone else, as we make new 'couple' friends it usually starts off by going to dinner.

ok...so just go to dinner with the couple ...like the 4 of us tho right? not asking another couple to go with us?

Yup, that's what we usually do. Or we'll even ask them over for dinner/drinks. Depending on if I feel like cooking or not.

yup. It's funny how once you have your FH you worry about asking other couples out on a 'date' lol... mainly one's you don't know yet lol

I would definitely ask them on a double date or maybe with another couple...but no more than that so you can actually talk.
