I am totally conflicted. I currently work as a manager for a pharmacy and make a decent hourly wage. I just got the letter to become a car cleaner for the MTA which is a 10k a year pay cut but after 3 years top pay is 25 bucks an hour. I couldn't get this letter at a bad enough time being that my wedding is right around the corner and various other obligation's I commited to and I don't know how flexible the MTA would be with those dates. SO do I leave my job of 10 years to start a new one with so many things in the way (still living out of state so would have to move back pronto.) I literally cried last night and told FH I do not want to be a grown up anymore.

Re: NWR New Job nervousness
not to mention going to a position I know I am totally over qualified for and leave a management position.

Re: NWR New Job nervousness
I'm not sure if you have seen my recent NWR post about my life changing career change opportunity, but I know how you feel. I guess I should also take my own advice... Seriously follow your heart. It may feel that you have no idea what decision to make, but when you think really hard about it, you know you have a feeling about what you really want to do. I say to myself, 'If someone forced me to make decision 'A', how would I feel?' and then I do the same thing for decision 'B'. Good luck! Also, talk it over with FH. I know mine was a huge help and of course its their decision too.
