Has anyone been to Newport RI? Can you recommend some restaurants, sightseeing, and things to do?

Yes! Newport is known for its cliff walk which is a path you can walk along the water as well as next to its famous mansions. It's a great thing to do if you have nice weather. Also, if you're a tennis fan there's the Tennis Hall of Fame. I forget where we ate but it was on the main street and had amazing lobster bisque. Have fun!

I loved Newport!!!! I stayed at the Newport Beach Hotel and Suites in the new building - all suites - gorgeous - overlooking the ocean. I was there for a wedding so we didn't do too much exploring of our own, but definitely check out the mansions!
