So I came up to RI for a girls weekend with two of my friends from grade school...our house had busted pipes and no heat or hot water. Earliest plumber can get here is noon. Brrr. Got the fire going and hoping to avoid thinking of how much we're freezing our you know whats off with some LIW chatter.

Thanks. Of all weekends....when is it ever this cold. Could be worse I know. But so bummed it was supposed to be girls weekend - dinners out and martinis etc. Instead, my best friend is under 10 blankets upstairs and I am watching to make sure our fire doesn't burn down the house. Such a bummer.

Awww stay warm and drink lots of hot beverages. I gotta say even with heat, I am still freeezing.

oh no! you guys should have a littlel impromptu exercise class to get the blood flowing we lost water yesterday, and i was having sympathy for all the people out there who had heat pipes burst instead. here's a hug to keep you warm --->
