NWR-- NYC Apt For Rent!

Hey guys-- as some of you may have seen my post about a moving sale-- we are moving out of NYC! We bought a place in Hoboken and are fixin' to leave.

Only thing is that our lease is up the end of October and we want to get out of our lease a month early-- which we can do if the apt gets rented.

Anyway-- it's a great 1 BR on the Upper East Side- close to many subways-- 4, 5, 6, N, R, W, F AND Bloomingdales! Doorman, elevator, laundry in the building. The apartment was totally gutted and re-done right before we moved in, in Nov 2003. All new appliances in the kitchen, granite floors in kitchen and bath and kohler bathroom fixtures, central AC/Heat (for free), wood parquet floors, great closet space too! Corner unit-- no one on either side of us as we are next to stairs.

FM me if you are interested and I'll give you more details and put you in touch with the building management. Lease would start October 1st.

I saw that post and FM'd the girl.. I did post on BHB and the Home board as well.

Actually-- our apt is pretty cheap for what it is.. For NYC standards that is..

I would love to be in a situation where I would at least consider it (I work right by Bloomie's) but I'll have to keep treking from Brooklyn until then...

So many of my co-workers live in NJ and you can't beat the views from Hoboken...again, congrats!
