I go to Accademia di Vino often with coworkers. It is a pretty big place so it can accommodate groups.

Flute!! It's a champagne bar, but has a lot of wine and a full bar for those that don't like wine or champagne. I had my bday there last year and it was great.

Uva on the UPE. love it.. good food..great wine..and they have a downstairs area for groups

Taralucci e Vino on 18th @ corner of Broadway. It's an Italian Wine Bar and I had my BF bach party kickoff there. They created a wine tasting for us!
