Hey. I was wondering if anyone has every tried to put in invoice to insurance for prescription glasses that were not from Davis vision? I was trying to look up info on the website but it only seems to mention Davis

I've only ever been to Davis Vision through the PBA benefits so I agree with Brooklyngirl I think you should call their benefits line and ask. HTH!

Its the David Vision Insurance plan, you don't have to go to just Davis Vision to use it, just someone who accepts the plan. If you are on the plan you can call Davis Vision Insurance and get online access to your account. Once in there they do have a claim reimbursement form that you can print and fill out for out-of-network places. I haven't used it myself though so I don't know how it work but when I called them they were very helpful. I'm not sure if the BPA offers any other reimbursements so you may want to call them as well.
