My ob/gyn retired and I'm not a fan of anyone else in her practice - plus I'm sick and tired of waiting 3-6 months for an appointment (unacceptable IMO).
Please give me some recommendations for an OB/GYN in the Western Suffolk/Eastern Nassau area.
I would prefer a female.
Thanks.

Not sure how west you need but i highly recommend Stonybrook OBGYN. They also have offices in Sayville and Rocky Point. I just delivered my first baby with them so i saw them alot and they were all so nice. There are 5 Dr's in the practice, 3 men and 2 women. you could request to see the women, my fav of the two was Dr Lochner.

Re: NWR - OB/GYN REC
I love mine. I originally had a woman who ended up retiring. I said I never wanted to go to a man.. I ended up with a man anyway and he is like the best person ever. I actually don't mind going anymore haha even better than the lady I had originally.
Anyway Dr Arato in Port Jefferson - might be a little far out for you though but I figured there is no harm in suggesting him anyway.
