OK, I missed the OC last night but heard on the radio that Marissa died??? Is that true? What happened!

It was a good ending episode; had a very 'series finale' feel.
I dont think I am going to watch next season, and I was an avid fan.
Marissa died in a car crash caused by her ex-boyfriend volcheck, and the rest was just recapping and looking back on what happened the past three years, etc.

OMG are you kidding?! I can't believe they killed her off... although her character kind of annoyed me lately. I bet she wants to do movies or something. Is she really dead or just like, in a coma. Unless a body is buried in the ground there's still a chance she'll come back. And no I didn't tape it, I completely forgot about it! I used to watch it all the time but I've only seen it a few times this season.

Unlike in the past, she is definitely dead.
Mischa Barton wanted to be killed off because she wanted out of the show....
