After what seemed like an eternity of going back and forth with negotiations and then waiting to hear a final decision, they accepted our offer!!!!
PS: If you read my house vent thread a few days ago, its that same exact condo... the one where they originally only dropped the price 2k... well, we stuck to our max price and they caved!
Things can always still go wrong, but at least we're on our way!!!

congrats hun!!!! wish i was in your shoes... this whole loan thing still has my head spinning... i think part of me is secretly hoping that the condo isnt fha approved so that we can only go the conventional route and wont have to make the decision between the 2!!!
