INFECTION!!!!

people don't keep them in for more than a few minutes. it's mostly for a picture and then they take them out. and there is as much chance of infection as getting your ears pierced at claire's. if it is a clean studio, then you can have 1 or 100 piercings..it doesn't make a difference.

Wait, I don't understand -- they poke dozens of holes in their body, probably leaving permanent scars, for a few minutes and a picture and then they take them out???? That makes even less sense!!

I completely agree....nasty, nasty, nasty...especially since if you wear any clothing that is even slightly fitted you will see all kinds of loops attached to a person's body...seems like something out of a horror film!
