My face is swollen from a bug bite I got while sitting on my deck.......How do i make it go down?!!!!! Stupid bugs!!
I only have 50 more posts to go before I hit 1,000 posts!! YEEEEEY!!!

afterbite works..I have bad reactions to bug bites too.. nothing really helps..fight the urge to scratch it!

Ive read tea tree oil or lavender oil works well.
Toothpaste might also work

I agree with that... or witch hazel too... but they'll both make you stink.
I'd try ice first.

Sorry to hear about the bug bite. I feel like this year, there are so many more bugs than the previous years! Feel better hun. I don't have any remedies to offer unfortunately.
I like the TQOTD. I think it's a fun idea!

i'm allergic to mosquito bites so when they bite, it gets really swollen and hard. here's wat works for me:
brew a tea bag and when its tolerable enuf to put up against your skin, put it on the bite. repeat a few times.
clean with witch hazel
Preparation H is great for the swelling and for the itch. i know its weird to use Preparation H but it works!
