NWR - OK, I have to vent -- Why is it........

that I ALWAYS seem to get stuck behind either a big mack truck or a 1971 Pinto that blows black smoke so bad that I'M CHOKING???????? And I can't get around them for like 5 minutes??? How the FRIG do these vehicles pass inspection?
