NWR: OMG we got a new apartment! (Long)

We've been looking for a new apartment to rent for a little while now and nothing in our budget has been cutting it for us. FH's coworker recommended that we call the real estate agent through which she bought her condo (because every now and then a condo in the building goes up for rent). We figured we'd call him but knew that any apartment in the Penn Valley area would be WAY too expensive for us. Well it was our lucky day! An owner in the building was trying to sell their penthouse floor 2BR/2BA condo but wasn't getting any bites with the market being as bad as it is. SO THAT DAY HE DECIDED TO RENT IT OUT instead of selling! We saw it and immediately fell in love. If we had waited even a day, the place would have been GONE because it was SO cheap for the neighborhood it's in. The owner set the rent low just to cover his mortgage and the association fees (other 2BR's in the building are renting at 300-400 bucks higher than this one!!!). Here are some photos (these were taken from the website before they took the condo off the market). We're not looking to buy yet because we don't know if we're going to stay in PA very long.
