For those who can catch it today on Oprah the families of Katie Flynn and Stanley Rabinowitz will be on, im sure you all remember they were killed in the horrific accident involving Martin Heidgen driving drunk the wrong way on the meadowbrook...just wanted to let you girls know..

Thanks for letting me know. I worked with Katie's Aunt at the time that happened. So tragic...

that story HAUNTS me.

I have a 7 year old boy.. I can;t IMAGINE the horror Katie's mother went through.

I cry just thinking about it.

I WONT BE able to watch it. I remember when this happened, this is just so devastating and tragic , even if i were home at that time i don't know if i would be able to actually watch it.

Did everybody also hear about the 3 year old girl kidnapped from her hotel room while on vacation with her parents

That story was so sad...the little flower girl and the limo driver were killed over 4th of july weekend, right?

yes they were coming home from a family wedding and were killed..there is a video of the crash on newsday.com...its so sad you see the limo driver tried to swerve out of the way and the truck just drove right into him head on....breaks my heart for the families..

what are you serious, why didnt they take them along with them, horrible *** is going on in this world today

My older brother saw that accident happen.

He was one of the people who called 911 after he saw it.

He said it was horrible and will always have that image in his head!

I just can't even begin to imagine what that mother went through the horror of her losing her daughter that way and seeing her daughter that way. And like what were they thinking as the car hit them?? It is horrible sooo sad!!!

They probably felt theyd be sleeping and be fine while they grabbed a bite, but lil kids are too trusting maybe the girl opened the door thinking her parnets were back....

You don't leave small children alone! Very irresponsible. Too many people think 'it won't happen to them'....

OMG a couple left their kids in the hotel room and one of the girls was kidnapped??

How old was she?? And how the hell did someone know she was in there alone??

Screwed up world it really is!!!
