NWR: PANERA...whoa

I love Panera...so much so that i believe every day is better with Panera. Last night DH and i went there for dinner. I got a sandwich instead of my normal salad with no dressing. Well i am extremely thankful that i only ate half last night (I am not a half sandwich type of gal) because i just looked up the nutritional info and omg for half of a smokehouse turkey sandwich it is 9 points on weightwatchers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or 390 calories, 14 grams of fat. I just ate the other half and said let me point it so i can mark it down.....I hopped on my wii fit after that!!!!!!

Re: NWR: PANERA...whoa

I usually get the fandango salad with no dressing which works out to 7 pts. With the dressing its like another 4!!!!!
