My parents 25th Anniversary was two years ago. I bought them a Channa Plaque, and FH and I bought them tickets for us all to see Jersey Boys together and went to Carmine's for dinner.

My sister and I sent our parents on a dinner cruise around NYC for one of their milestone anniversaries.

I absolutely love the Channa plaque idea. Seriously, I think what you're doing is enough. I know my parents wouldn't want me to go crazy and just save what I have for the wedding.
I think the Channa plaque and dinner would be lovely! Why don't you just get them a certificate for them go themselves to their fave restaurant along with the Channa plaque??

I think it is definitely enough! Your parents will really appreciate the fact that you did something like this for them while planning and saving for your wedding.
