nwr: paying the bill rant
so this might be long sorry..
so we go out to dinner tonight for mothers day with me and fh, his brother, his parents, and his sister and her husband and their four kids. so the wait is long so we go to buy drinks at the bar so, my fh buys one round for his bro, me, sis, and a soda for his dad (his sister isnt a drinker but drink 1/2 the drink), then his brother buys me and fh and himself a drink. so then we all sit down to eat. now me and fh hubby went to brunch with my mom and dad and g-ma and were pretty full still, so we order two more drinks and an appitizer. his rents order an app and two small meal. his brother orders a dinner and picks on the appitizer that his sisters husband gets. so his sisters husband orders two appitizer for the table. his meal ( a steak, soup and salad) and the four kids and fh's sister orders meals. long story short the bill comes and sisters husband grabs the check and goes to the 'guys' (fh, his bro and his dad). ok umm the total plus tip divided buy four is $60 each.... WHAT!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!? $60 for our two drinks and appiziter. his brother paid $60 for his own meal and his sister and her husband and four kids pays $60! wtffffffffffffffffff now me and fh were expecting to pay for his mom and dad atleast for mothers day but couldnt even offer to split it with his brother and sister after that total! i was fumingggggggggg and meawhile my fh is a pushover and just pays up! *** his sister married a cheapo and i am jsut beside myself!
