NWR: People who dress like it's winter when it's 85 out

W T F is up with them?????? The guy that lives below us is really strange to begin with, and he wears a long sleeve jean shirt and a fisherman's vest ALL THE TIME. Spring or summer, fall or winter, he's wearing it. In winter he'll have on a sweatshirt over the jean shirt.

I just saw a lady in the parking lot wearing a long sleeve knit shirt and jeans. Jeans I can see, even though I'd be sweating my caboose off. But a long sleeve knit shirt?? Even if you are 70 (which she was) - how can you be hot when the sun is blasting down on you???

Hope I don't get any cold, old ladies on this thread giving me the ...

Im 80 years old and always cold. HOW DARE YOU make fun of my knit sweaters.

Seriously, I was wondering the same thing. Just looking at them makes me sweat!

i totally agree with u....there is some weird ppl out there..lol
i c ppl wearing sweaters on days like yesterday ...is k if u spend most of ur time in a cold place like an office .but if u r outside??? i think there is something wrong...

I totally understand.

I just saw a woman in the parking lot when I was on my lunch hour going to Roosevelt Field Mall. She was wearing jeans with UGG boots. And a long sleeve shirt on with a vest. Those bubble vests. Okay I understand that for Fall but HELLO it's HOT OUT TODAY.

I wear my jacket in work because my building is absolutly freezing during the day.

A PUFFY VEST AND UGGS???? Wow. She must have lost like 80% of her blood last night or something, because you have got to be REALLY COLD to wear that today.

LOL we make fun of this girl we work with who wears her zipped sweatshirt everyday with Jeans. She never varies, rain or shine, hot or cold. (btw- we make fun of her to her face and she just laughs. she thinks if she keeps wearing it the cold weather will come sooner!) I wonder if she will wear it to my wedding

I used to work in an office that was always cold too. I usually layered, or left sweatshirts at work so I could wear them while I was there. So this isn't aimed at you, sorry!!!!

Not Chicago but close -- wow, 87 in NY!!! I kept dressing like it was warm until I walked out of my apt in a sundress wed and it was 65 degrees! (it was too late to run back inside and change) i need to start checking the weather again...

It was soooo gorgeous here the last few weeks. It was like 75 ish. No humidity, etc. Yesterday and today s u c k e d. I haaaaaate the heat. I am sure a lot of girls on here are going to disagree with me, but I just love wearing sweaters and jeans. I am tired of capris and skirts and sandals. I want to wear my tall black boots again!!!! But not now.

UMM I am that person

I am ALWAYS cold -- right now it is so cold in my office I can't feel my finger tips (and I am not exaggerating).

I wear long sleeves a lot!

at busch gardens in va a few weeks ago it was about 90, i was getting a tan and this kid was walking around with a thick hoody and jeans

I dont understand it also.. However, my grandfather is 78 and always wears pants and a long sleeve shirt....he is old school and he is also on blood thinners which makes him cold.....but working in NYC, I have seen people in wool suits....its crazy....

i wear dress pants every day to work even in summer - occasionally ill wear a skirt or dress - for shirts i usually wear 3/4 sleeves in the summer or i wear layers, like a tank or camisole with a long sleeve sweater over it - the office can get cold
